Although person centred theory is always at the core of my practice, I am an integrative counsellor which means that I use a variety of theories to inform my work. The theories I use are known as humanistic and transpersonal therapies (click here to find out more) and I also use mindfulness and relaxation techniques when appropriate. Working as an integrative counsellor enables me to work in a way that is best suited to your own personal and individual needs and in this way, I hope you will gain the most benefit from your counselling sessions.
