I am currently following Government guidelines and am, unfortunately, unable to meet with clients in-person for the time being. I’m aware, however, that people still need support, whether this be for challenges in existence prior to the Covid-19 pandemic or, indeed, because of it.
I am therefore pleased to confirm that I can offer support either by using an online platform or by telephone.
Research shows that counselling via these methods is just as effective as face to face sessions and both offer a valid form of support, ensuring you can obtain help when you need it. Of course there’s the added bonus of not having to travel away from home which might suit you even when Government restrictions have been lifted.
